Full description:
EduLife OS is a school operating system designed around responsibility. Teachers, headteachers, circuit and district governance officers, and families each work from a role-scoped view of the same connected evidence, so every person sees the part of the school’s work they are accountable for, and nothing they shouldn’t.
At its core is the EduLife Evidence Chain: a single thread linking the scheme of work, lesson notes, lesson delivery, work output and assessment, appraisal, governance action and family visibility. What is planned can be reviewed, what is taught can be evidenced, and what needs attention reaches the leader responsible for it.
The challenge:
School improvement depends on evidence that is usually scattered: schemes and lesson notes on paper, attendance in registers, scores in spreadsheets, appraisals disconnected from classroom reality. Headteachers struggle to verify what is actually happening, district officers supervise many schools with little reliable data, and parents hear about problems too late.
Our solution:
We built a platform where each role’s daily work automatically becomes evidence for the next level up:
Built to be Ghana-ready and low-network conscious, so it works in real school conditions.
Key features (if the form has a features list):
Results / impact:
Gives schools, circuits and districts a single accountable rhythm for planning, teaching, assessment and follow-up, turning everyday teaching work into verifiable evidence for leadership and governance.
