Our primary operations are in Accra and Greater Accra Region, Ghana. For software development, cybersecurity, and remote-deliverable services, we serve clients across Ghana and throughout Africa. For physical installations (solar, CCTV, electric fencing), we operate mainly in the Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Eastern Regions, with travel considered for larger projects.

Project timelines vary significantly by scope. A simple website or small CCTV installation typically takes 1–3 weeks. A custom web application or commercial solar installation usually runs 4–12 weeks. Enterprise software platforms or complex multi-site deployments can take 3–6 months. We always provide a detailed timeline in our project proposal before work begins.

Yes — ongoing support is a core part of what we offer. For software projects, we provide maintenance packages covering bug fixes, security updates, feature enhancements, and 24/7 uptime monitoring. For solar and CCTV systems, we offer scheduled preventive maintenance and rapid fault-response SLAs. All ongoing support arrangements are documented in a Support Agreement.

We accept bank transfers (GHS and USD), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), and cheques for corporate clients. For ongoing support contracts, we offer monthly or quarterly billing. International clients can pay via wire transfer. A payment schedule is always agreed upon in the project contract before work commences.
