Description:

Charis Ministry International, headquartered at the DOXA Cathedra in Kyebi, runs branches across Ghana in New Tafo, Kumasi (KNUST), Tamale and Tema. We built them a complete church management system, with headquarters oversight and branch-level administration, alongside a public website the church manages itself.

The challenge

Running several branches meant scattered membership records, manual attendance counts, giving tracked on paper, and no single picture of the ministry’s health. Members had no online way to give, watch services or stay connected between Sundays.

Our solution

• Multi-branch structure: a headquarters dashboard over all branches, branch admin portals, and a member portal
• Members and departments: member records, departments, ministries, and roles and permissions
• Attendance by QR code: printed member cards with QR codes, scanned by phone camera at the door, plus a newcomers form at check-in
• Online giving through Paystack, with finance records
• Watch Live and meetings: livestreamed services and an online meeting platform
• Messaging centre for SMS and email to members
• Reports and activity logs for leadership oversight
• Public website, with every page editable from the admin: sermons, events, service times, branch locations with directions, and a books and devotionals library

The result

The church runs from one system: leadership sees every branch at a glance, attendance and giving are recorded automatically, and members stay connected online between services.
